Picnic FAQ

  • Significant Others - Spouse, Domestic Partner, Girlfriend/Boyfriend.

    Children - Your kids who live at home with you

    The limit is 5 people per Employee Owner unless you have a special permission prearranged.

    Although children 2 & under are admitted for free into Knott’s, they are still counted for food headcount.

    If you bring more than your listed guests they will not be able to attend the picnic and will need to meet up with you after 10 AM when the breakfast ends

  • Get to the park 10-15 minutes BEFORE 8AM, on March 26th to make check in smooth so everyone can receive their free BPC Swag and get breakfast in an orderly fashion.

    Please take traffic into consideration as well.

  • Parking costs $25 at Knott’s!

    THE PARKING FEE IS NOT INCLUDED BY BOUDREAU, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING YOUR OWN PARKING FEES!

    Park in the EAST LOT to have the best access to PARK PAVILLION Where the picnic will be held!

  • It is important to have your group names submitted on your confirmation so we can accurately make sure we have enough food to accommodate everyone attending.

    REGISTRATION IS FROM 8-8:45 APPROXIMATELY

    At Registration you will get any info you need for the day, as well as a few other goodies!

  • You need to check-in at registration with your fellow BPC Employee Owners.

    Head to Park Pavilion to join the BPC team and get some breakfast!

    BPC Volunteers will be prepared to assist you checking-in and to make sure you are ready for the great day!

    At 10:00AM, after breakfast, some quick announcements, raffles, and getting everyone together for a company picture we will all get to enjoy the rest of the day at the park with all our families together!

  • 7:45AM-8:00AM — Arrive at Knott’s

    ! IMPORTANT ! 8:00AM-8:45AM — Check-in at Park Pavilion ! IMPORTANT !

    8:45AM-10:00AM — Breakfast

    10:00AM-Closing — Park Time!

  • Assorted Juices, Bottled Water, Fresh Seasonal Fruit Salad, French Toast dusted with powdered sugar w/stewed apples, Maple Syrup, Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs, Smoked Bacon Slices, Mrs. Knott's Famous Fried Chicken, Fresh O'Brien Potatoes, Blueberry Muffins, Croissants, Assorted Danish Parker House Rolls with Butter & Preserves, Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee with cream & sugar, and Hot Tea.

  • Knott’s Berry Farms is Cashless inside and you will require a credit or debit card. More info here: www.knotts.com/cashless

    According to Knott’s Berry Farms’ Policy:

    “Unopened and empty water bottles, baby food and food for guests with special dietary restrictions are permitted. No other outside food, drink or snack items are permitted in Knott's Berry Farm or Knott's Soak City. Items not allowed in the park include radios, stereos, luggage, and large coolers (Larger than 1’x1’x1’). Wagons used as strollers are allowed. All guests, bags, parcels and other items are subject to inspection, including metal detection or other screening measures.“

  • We will continue to follow California’s Safety Guidelines as it relates to Covid-19. Mask will NOT be required but are recommended.

    Of course if you are feeling ill/under the weather please remain home and get better. We don’t want you to get more sick or other to get sick as well.
