How do I join the Boudreau Team?

- It's easy! First, visit us online at boudreaupipeline.com/careers. and search for a job. Once you find the role you are interested, click the orange "Apply Now" button. Then, follow the directions on your screen, either create a new profile or log back in if you are a returning applicant.
I applied online over a week ago and I have not heard anything from HR. Is my application being considered?

Unfortunately, due to the volume of applications we receive daily, we are unable to respond directly to each applicant regarding his/her status. If your qualifications meet the requirements for the position you have applied for, and we are interested in meeting with you, you will be contacted directly by a member of our recruiting and/or management team via phone, viturals or in-person interviews.
How long do you take to make a decision after an interview?
Once we've finished interviewing all of the selected candidates and have completed reference and background checks, we try to make a final decision within a couple of business days.

How is pay DETERMINED at Boudreau Pipeline?
Our competitive salaries are determined by comprehensive market surveys according to skill, experience and level. Our performance recognition approach is designed to continuously assess proper placement within the market range. The salary we offer may vary based on position level and scope of work.
What are your hours of operation?
The schedule and hours of operation vary for our field employees depending on each project. Our hours for our office vary from 7:30am-5pm, but flexibility is offered within our departments.
Do I really have to take the 91 freeway to get to Boudreau Pipeline?
No, you don’t! We have the advantage of being centrally located between the 91 and the 15 freeway. We have plenty of alternate routes to get here so that you don’t have to even touch the 91 traffic areas.
