Boudreau Pipeline has been awarded wet utility contracts for two exciting projects in the Southern California region, including Hillwood Development’s Hofer Ranch industrial project, and Taylor Morrison Inc.’s new community of Campanilla in San Juan Hills.
Hofer Ranch, a 137-acre master planned development located at Ontario International Airport, is located adjacent to the UPS West Coast Air Hub and FedEx Air Cargo Hub. It will be able to accommodate industrial/light industrial facilities. The Campanilla community for Taylor Morrison Inc. will overlook San Juan Hills Golf Club at La Novia Avenue and Via Entrada. The 28-acre property will feature 132 homes.
Boudreau Pipeline’s consistent and steady growth has allowed it to hire quality new team members in the last month and grow its staff to 80 employees.
