BITA & Boudreau Pipeline | Story of our First Interns

Here is a story that really means the world to us here at Boudreau and the future of our industry. Recently Boudreau had the unique pleasure of giving high school seniors the opportunity to really get integrated with our company and learn hands-on expertise after they graduated.

BITA offers the chance to local high school students to learn building industry skills and gives them a launch pad into a career within the industry. As we looks toward today's youth for fresh talent and a positive direction for the future, we need to take any chance we can to show them to the opportunity, benefit, and overall potential a job at a company like ours can have.

Out of the 2 interns we got to work with, one worked closely with our Boudreau Utility Services (BUS) division! Our other intern was involved with our integral Project Management Department within our primary division.

Featured here are our BITA interns who completed their time with Boudreau gaining hands on experience, utility services education, and a glimpse into the #BoudreauPipeline way.

As the BITA Internship program grows, we look forward to the increase of youth looking to learn more and enter into the utility field better equipped, all the while bettering themselves and their communities.
